Advertiser Terms & Conditions

• Account Balance — funds deposited into your advertiser account, less all charges.
• Campaign / Offer — any advertisement, offer, or promotion you submit for distribution through the Platform.
• Spend — funds deducted from your Account Balance for platform fees (CPC/CPM), conversion payouts (CPA/CPL/CPS), or other approved charges.
• Publisher / Affiliate — a third party who promotes your Campaign through the Platform.
• Invalid Traffic — clicks, impressions, or conversions identified as fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise non-genuine.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current business, contact, and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may approve, decline, suspend, or request additional verification (KYC/KYB) for any account.
• One person or business may hold only one advertiser account unless approved otherwise in writing.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is USD $100.00 per top-up. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted. The applicable minimum is always displayed on your Top-Up page.

• Prepaid model: campaigns run only while your Account Balance (plus any approved credit limit) covers charges, and may pause automatically when your balance or budget is exhausted.
• Accepted methods: bank transfer, cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, BNB, TRX), Capitalist, and card payments via Stripe, as displayed on the Platform.
• Manual deposits are credited after verification. You must submit an accurate transaction ID and, where requested, proof of payment.
• Currency & fees: all amounts are in USD. Bank, network/gas, processor, and exchange fees are your responsibility; the amount credited is the amount we actually receive.
• Incorrect transfers: we are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong wallet address, unsupported network, or with incorrect references.
• Account Balances do not earn interest and are not a bank deposit.

Depending on your Campaign type, charges may include:

• CPC — platform fee per valid click;
• CPM — platform fee per 1,000 valid impressions;
• CPA / CPL / CPS — payout per approved conversion, lead, or sale;
• any other fees displayed on the Platform at the time the Campaign runs.

• Applicable rates are shown in your dashboard. Updated rates apply to traffic delivered after the change takes effect.
• Charges are deducted from your Account Balance in real time or as conversions are approved.
• Our tracking records are the primary basis for billing. Discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of the charge, with supporting evidence.
• We make reasonable efforts to respect total and daily budget caps; minor overdelivery may occur due to tracking latency.
• Billing statements are generated on a periodic cycle (currently every 14 days) and are available in your dashboard.

All Campaigns are subject to review and approval, and may be rejected, paused, or removed at any time. You are solely responsible for your Campaigns, landing pages, products, and services. You must not promote:

• illegal products or services, or content illegal in the targeted geography;
• malware, phishing, spyware, or deceptive downloads;
• counterfeit goods or IP-infringing materials;
• misleading or false claims, including fake endorsements;
• harmful content involving minors, hate speech, or violence;
• unlicensed gambling, financial, or pharmaceutical offers;
• any content we determine to be harmful to users, publishers, or our reputation.

You must provide accurate postback/conversion tracking and must not manipulate conversion data.

• We use automated and manual systems to detect Invalid Traffic. Charges for traffic identified as invalid will not be billed, or may be credited back to your Account Balance.
• We make reasonable efforts but do not guarantee that all invalid activity will be identified.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform may result in suspension, withholding of your balance pending investigation, and reporting to authorities.

Refunds of unused Account Balance are governed exclusively by the Advertiser Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: refunds require a minimum total spend of USD $30.00, apply only to unspent balance, and approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.

• Contact us to resolve any billing issue before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Chargebacks for valid charges or funds already spent are a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, paused Campaigns, and recovery of the disputed amount plus processor fees.

• Each party will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other.
• You must comply with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable) for personal data collected through your Campaigns.
• You grant AffsCash and its Publishers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your trademarks and creatives solely to promote your Campaigns, and warrant that you have the right to grant it.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee any specific traffic volume, conversions, revenue, or return on investment, or uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffsCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffsCash, its officers, employees, and Publishers from any claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Campaigns, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any refund of remaining balance is subject to the Advertiser Refund Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud, or where required by law.
• If your account is terminated for breach, fraud, or prohibited content, any remaining balance may be forfeited to cover damages, investigation costs, and Publisher payouts, to the extent permitted by law.
• Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked inactive; we will attempt to contact you before taking action on any remaining balance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffsCash is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
